Our customers agree to not place any hazardous or toxic waste in our dumpsters. Any hazardous or toxic waste found in our dumpsters becomes the responsibility of the customer. A list of prohibited waste includes the following:

Disposal Fees

At our discretion, Tombarello and Sons Inc. may charge a disposal fee for any prohibited waste found in our dumpsters as follows:

• IB Batteries (Each): $33.75 each
• IB CFC (Freon Containers): $42.00 each
• IB Monitors/TVs: $50.00 each
• IB Fluorescent Bulbs: $33.75 each
• IB Mattresses (Each): $30.35 each
• Personal Protection Equipment: $56.75 each
• IB Propane Tanks: $33.75 each
• IB Passenger Tires (Each): $33.75 each
